CHICAGO (Reuters) - Chipotle Mexican Grill said on Thursday it may never pinpoint what caused an E. coli outbreak last month linked to two restaurants in Kansas and Oklahoma, extending a mystery over dozens of illnesses tied to the burrito chain.
